BARROWS would like to congratulate our own Interior Designer and Sales Assistant, Kelsea Stafford, on passing the NCIDQ IDFX.
The NCIDQ is a national exam created by the CIDQ, Council for Interior Design Qualification. This exam allows designers to be certified, and in some states registered. It is the best qualification designers can achieve as they cannot become licensed without it. The IDFX part is a 100 question multiple choice exam that tests your knowledge on a wide variety of information you covered in school that is necessary for design professionals: codes, building types, construction details, occupancy, color theories, etc. This test is not to be underestimated, it requires hours of devoted study time and wants you to be very specific and detail oriented.

Great job Kelsea, we are so proud of you for completing the first step to becoming a certified interior designer!
